standard favorite pie crust. but this time i had to use some cheap vodka i found under the cupboard. i swear that you could smell it baking out. i hope that it baked out...
anyhow.
i filled these two ways.
rhubarb brown sugar
4 c rhubarb
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
(i may have put ginger and nutmeg...hard to say)
rhubarb apple
3 c rhubarb
2 apples, grated
1/2 c brown sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbs cornstarch
