apple blackberry pies


so i don't exactly remember the recipe...
but i definitely used my go to pie crust recipe. sort of. based on the ingredients in the fridge. and then grated several apples (this was a brilliant idea!) and tossed them with the blackberries, some cornstarch, ginger, and cinnamon.  rolled out the dough, folded em up. and baked at 375 until they were golden. which may have been for 35-40 minutes. hard to say.  sorry. will do better next time...
