mocha cupcakes

i don't mean to make so many cupcakes.
it just works out that way.
they're lovely and bite size and make people happy.
who can argue with that?

for this particular batch, i used a standard chocolate cupcake but made a mocha buttercream by adding a few tablespoons of instant coffee to the 6 grams of melted dark chocolate.
